1. Check your delivery area

First up, make sure we can actually get these goodies to you. We're currently servicing areas around Melbourne and Sydney, but we're looking to expand this area soon.

2. Pick a box option

Whether you're living like Han (Solo), or living as a family of 6 (pot plants not included), we've got box options that will suit your needs.

3. Select delivery frequency

People eat their veggies at varying paces (if you're my brother, it's at Ryan Reynolds's pace of ageing), so you can choose to get deliveries weekly or fortnightly.

4. Set up your account

Once you've picked your delivery area, your box option and frequency, all you've got to do is set up your account and check out. Then you wait like a kid on Xmas Eve!

FAQs: Getting started & deliveries

How much does delivery cost?

Nothing. Nada. Niente. Nichts.

 

Isn't it annoying when you find cute shoes online and then psych yourself up to buy them and then when you get to the checkout the delivery costs more than the shoes? Yeah, none of that here.

 

As long as you live inside our delivery area, you won't need to pay for delivery on any of your fruits and veggies!

Is there a commitment period?

Nope nope nope! Once you've ordered a box, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any point. So if you're the "Chandler" in your group of F.R.I.E.N.D.S. and just a little afraid of commitment, you've got nothing to be scared of here.

Where do you deliver to?

Currently, we are only delivering to areas in and around Melbourne and Sydney... for now. For a complete list of suburbs by state, click here

Can I do something if you can't deliver to me yet?

You could do heaps! Puzzles, board games, binge watch Normal People, water your plants, and heaps more... 

 

But if you wanted to, you should probably also join our waiting list here here so we can let you know the moment we can deliver to you. We're working hard with our partners to get to even more people, so stay tuned!

Can I pick the day my delivery arrives?

Mais bien sur!

 

Translation: "Yup."

 

We give you the option to have your box delivered on Monday, Wednesday or Friday. You can also secure next-day delivery if you place your order before 5pm on Sunday, Tuesday or Thursday!

What time will my order arrive?

Our drivers will begin deliveries on Monday, Wednesday and Friday before you've even stopped snoring. Although we've tried to train them to be psychic and be able to know exactly the fastest route to go to drop off all of your produce boxes, we haven't had much luck on that front.

 

The exact time will depend on the road conditions and the number of boxes we'll need to deliver each day, but we can assure you that you will get your delivery before midday.

What's in the box? WHAT'S IN THE BOX!?

Whichever box you pick, we won't be able to tell you exactly what you will get in every delivery. Our partners will curate these boxes depending on seasonality of produce, so whatever you get, it's going to be fresh. It's fun to add a lil' mystery to your life!

Can I subscribe to these boxes through the Bring Me Home app?

At the moment, you can only subscribe to these fruit & veg boxes through the website. But as Justin Bieber once said: Never say never.

How much does delivery cost?

Nothing! We've worked with our partners to be able to provide you with fruit & veg boxes that are as packed with value as they are with deliciousness.

What if my box is missing?

If, for some reason, your box hasn't been delivered when you were expecting it to be, contacts us here to let us know and we will get back to you ASAP. 

 

We'll try our hardest to work through any issues within 24 hours. Beat that, Sherlock!

Do you deliver to apartments?

Yeah of course! No discrimination here.

 

All we ask is that you include your unit number in the address you supply us with when you create your account, then our delivery-person will be able to easily buzz up! 

What happens if I'm not home to accept the delivery?

If no one is home to accept the delivery of the box, we will leave the box on your front door, in a hidden and undercover spot, where possible. But not so hidden that you won't be able to find it yourself!

If you know you won't be home for these deliveries, be sure to let us know in the "special delivery instructions" section during checkout.

FAQs: Managing your subscription

Can I change my delivery day?

Of course you can, silly! You're an adult now, you can do whatever you want. All you have to do is login to your account and select a different day.

 

Muy importante: Due to logistics of scheduling, same-week changes are only available if you are moving your delivery to a day later in the week (e.g. If you change your delivery day from Wednesday to Friday).

Also importante: If you want to move your delivery to a day earlier in the week, then you will receive your box in the following week (e.g. if you change your delivery day from Wednesday to Monday)... capiche?

How do I change my payment details?

Did you just get a new credit card for those sweet, sweet frequent flyer miles? Look at you, you high flyer, you.

 

But anyways, you can change payment details by following these simple steps:

Can I pause my subscription?

Easy! If you're going to be out of town for work or are away on a holiday, you can simply sign in to your account on our website and follow these steps to pause you subscription:

MANAGE > SUBSCRIPTION SETTINGS > PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION

How do I change my delivery address?

So you've won the lottery and moved into a mansion in Toorak? You go Glen Coco!

 

You can easily update your address by signing into your account and taking the following steps:

MANAGE > EDIT SHIPPING ADDRESS

How do I cancel my subscription?

I mean, this is a purely hypothetical question right? Cool, I thought so... Phew!

 

So, hypothetically, if you wanted to cancel a subscription, you can do it from your account portal. You'd just, hypothetically, need to follow these steps:

 

MANAGE > SUBSCRIPTION SETTINGS > CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION

I forgot to cancel my box, can I get a refund?

Our partners supply us with only the exact numbers of boxes that have been ordered, and so, if you forgot to cancel you subscription before the following pay cycle, we won't be able to issue you a refund. But as long as you cancel before the next pay cycle, you should be fine.

 

In the meantime, if you feel like you won't enjoy your last box of goodies I'm sure you've got a friend or neighbour who'd be willing to take them off your hands. Or give it to your mum. When was the last time you did something nice for her?!
