Our subscription boxes are super duper simple for a reason, because the world's complicated enough already, right? But it's only natural to have questions, so that's why we've compiled some of the more popular questions (and our answers) below.

Getting started
Every year, 7.3 million tonnes of food is wasted in Australia—In the manufacturing and wholesale stages of our food supply chain alone 75 Kilotonnes of food is thrown out and ends up in landfill. Fresh produce gets wasted for a number of reasons in the wholesale stage including poor storage and produce not meeting the cosmetic standards of supermarkets.
Our boxes help reduce food waste in 2 ways:
1. The content of produce and protein boxes are different every week! This is because they're curated by our local suppliers for seasonality, freshness, and most importantly, availability. If there's a bumper crop of broccoli one week, you might see some in your box, if Zucchinis are in-season, they'll show up in your box. Because our suppliers know what produce is yummiest and available at any given time of the year, you'll be sure that every box is as delicious as it is surprising!
2. Our boxes sometimes contain "imperfect produce". These are pieces of perfectly delicious fruit and veg that farms and wholesalers can't sell to big supermarkets (we won't name any names) because they don't fit their strict cosmetic standards. đŸ™„ So if you find a carrot that looks a little wonky or a cauliflower with huge leaves in your box, just know that even though they might look different, they taste just as good as the ones in the big supermarkets (again, not naming names).

Nothing. Nada. Niente. Nichts.
Isn't it annoying when you find cute shoes online and then psych yourself up to buy them and then when you get to the checkout the delivery costs more than the shoes? Yeah, none of that here.
As long as you live inside our delivery area, you won't need to pay for delivery on any box!
Nope nope nope! Once you've ordered a box, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any point. So if you're the "Chandler" in your group of F.R.I.E.N.D.S. and just a little afraid of commitment, you've got nothing to be scared of here.

Produce boxes
You betcha! The fruits and veg that go into our produce boxes are sourced from local produce markets in Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane.
We do this because we want to support local producers, as well as, ensure the fruits and veg you get aren't racking up frequent flyer miles having travelled all the way from Mongolia.
Most definitely! Our produce boxes get delivered on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays so you can pick the day that suits you best.
You'll also be able to change your delivery day once you've started your subscription, but you'll have to read a bit further down to see those instructions.
We are currently delivering within metro Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, as we're working with local produce suppliers to get you the freshest goodies!

Our drivers will begin deliveries on Monday, Wednesday and Friday before you've even stopped snoring. Although we've tried to teach them to be psychic and be able to know exactly the fastest route to go to drop off all of your produce boxes, we haven't had much luck on that front.
The exact time will depend on the number of boxes we'll need to deliver each day, but we can assure you that you will get your delivery by 4pm, at the very latest.
If no one is home to accept the delivery of the box, we will leave the box on your front door, in a hidden and undercover spot, where possible. But not so hidden that you won't be able to find it yourself!
If you know you won't be home for these deliveries, be sure to let us know in the "special delivery instructions" section during checkout.
Protein boxes
Bloody oath they are! Our partners locally-source all of their proteins, to ensure that they are high quality. All of our meats are RSPCA-approved and are the same standard as you'd find in some of your favourite restaurants and cafes.
We deliver our protein boxes every Thursday! If you wanted to make a same-week order, all you'll have to do is get your order in by 5pm Tuesday.
We are currently delivering to within 30kms of the Melbourne CBD.
However, we do know that most people on the planet don't live within 30kms of the Melbourne CBD, so we are always looking to expand our delivery area. If you don't live in our current delivery area, please let us know where we should be!

Most of the meat, just like the palace that Elsa creates in the first movie, is frozen. Also, all of your boxes are transported in air-conditioned vehicles to ensure they're perfect when they get to your door.
All of the meats that come in your box can be frozen for up to 12 months... but if you're anything like me and can get through 3 burgers in a sitting (actually true), it's going to last for considerably shorter than a year.
Due to strict food health and safety standards, we aren't able to leave boxes unattended, so we require you to be home to receive the delivery.
Unfortunately, if you're not home, our drivers will have to take the boxes back.
Egg & dairy boxes
100%. That's all of them!
All of the eggs in our Egg & Dairy boxes are supplied by our lovely friends at Burd Eggs. They are a family-owned farm that pride themselves in their sustainable farming practices and supply their 100% free range eggs to some of Victoria's most well-loved cafes and restaurants.
Oh you betcha! If you don't do dairy, we've got a bunch of alternative milks for you to choose from. Here's a list of our milks:
- Dairy milk supplied by Saint David Dairy
- Oat milk supplied by Minor Figures
- Soy milk supplied by Bonsoy
- Almond milk supplied by Milklab
Most definitely, you wonderful being! Because we know different members of your household might prefer different milks, you can customise which milks come in your box.
All you have to do is select Mixed when you're adding a box to your cart, and let us know your specific mix in the Delivery Instructions section when you view your cart.
All of our Egg & Dairy boxes are currently being delivered every week on Saturday, just in time for your bougie weekend brunches!
Subscription management
Hopefully this is a purely hypothetical question, but in case it isn't...
If there's any issue with your box please please please let us know by emailing us at hello@bringmehome.com.au with a description of what's happened and a picture of the box, if necessary, and we'll get it sorted as soon as P!!!
Of course you can, silly! You're an adult now, you can do whatever you want. If you want to change from getting fortnightly deliveries to weekly ones (or vice versa) just follow these simple steps:
1. Login to your account
2. Click Manage subscription
3. Click Change frequency
Easy! If you're going to be out of town for work or are away on a holiday, you can simply sign in to your account on our website and follow these steps to skip future deliveries:
1. Login to your account
2. Click Manage subscription
3. Got to the Manage upcoming orders section and indicate which future deliveries you'd like to skip
This begs the question... Can I come with you on your holiday?
Did your blender finally break after the 4,288,508th smoothie bowl you've made with the fruit from your Fruit Box? Want to switch to a Veg Box while you're waiting for your blender to come back in stock at ALDI?
Easy peasy veggie squeezy! If you want to change the box that you're subscribed to, all you you have to do is the following:
1. Login to your account
2. Click Manage subscription
3. Go to the Products in your subscription section and click Swap product
But of course you can! And you can do it in 3 itty bitty steps:
1. Login to your account
2. Click Manage subscription
3. Go to the Products in your subscription section and click Swap product
Wow, what a specific question, but yes! The more the merrier!
Once you've subscribed to a box, if you invite your friends and fam to subscribe to a box using your referral code (outlined in the steps below), not only will they get 10% off their first order, you'll get 10% off your next order too!
1. Open the email you'll receive after your first order
2. Click Get Invite Link
3. And share the link that pops up with your friends and fam
4. When they open the link, they'll be given a discount code that they can apply during checkout
Well aren't you lovely for spreading the fruit and veggie goodness around! Once someone has successfully used your referral link to order their box, you'll received an email with a discount code for 10% off your next box.
All you'll have to do is follow the steps below to add your code to your account and 10% will be taken off your next order.
1. Copy the discount code in the email you receive
2. Login to your account
3. Click Manage subscription
4. Scroll down to Discount codes
5. Paste the copied discount code and click Apply discount
Did you just get a new credit card for those sweet, sweet frequent flyer miles? Look at you, you high flyer, you.
But anyways, you can change payment details by following these simple steps:
1. Login to your account
2. Click Manage subscription
3. Go to the Payment information section and click Edit
So you've won the lottery and moved into a mansion in Toorak? You go, Glen Coco!
You can easily update your address by signing into your account and taking the following steps:
1. Login to your account
2. Click Manage subscription
3. Go to the Address and shipping information section and edit your Shipping Address
I mean, this is a purely hypothetical question right? Cool, I thought so... Phew!
But, hypothetically, if you wanted to cancel a subscription, you can do it from your account portal. You'd just, hypothetically, need to follow these steps:
1. Login to your account
2. Click Manage subscription
3. Go to the Cancel subscription section
